New Features:
- An Overhaul of our Calendar Sync Feature!
- Automation has been introduced for BrokerBay Members
- Available for both Buyer Agent or Listing Agent activity
- Setup via Account Settings -> Listing Settings
- Once setup, all future pending or confirmed showings will populate automatically in the calendar provider of choice
- Manually syncing from within the Showings Calendar for All Users!

Feature Enhancements:
- Making changes to a listing's showing configuration page will now trigger a pop-up for the user to seamlessly inform any future showings of the adjustment
- Users can now create Feedback Survey Templates to further automate feedback collection
- This can be done at the brokerage, branch, team, or agent level
- The BrokerBay platform now meets WCAG/ADA Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
- Users attempting to access BrokerBay for a listing not present on the platform will now receive a more informative error message
- An instant notification will now be sent to the brokerage's listed Owner upon any adjustment to the brokerage's subscription information.
- Spacing within Custom Email Templates has been adjusted to single spaced
Feature Fixes:
- Users with forwarded messages set up will now be correctly displayed in the Chat Tool
- Listing addresses incorrectly containing the word null have been corrected
- Users that create or edit a Tour will now have the correct amount of showings displayed in the Showings Calendar
- Days on Market will now be correctly reflected for listings that were initially imported as draft or incomplete
- Agent Plan Managers/Global Administrators with the correct permissions will no longer experience an error message when attempting to upgrade to our Brokerage Plan
- Assumed users can now access the "Live Concierge" tab if the brokerage has an active subscription
- Regional Specific Fixes:
- Toronto Regional Real Estate Board listings deleted by MLS Staff will now be automatically removed from BrokerBay
- REcolorado members registered with a Pending AOR will now have a BrokerBay profile created automatically
- MIBOR Realtor Association listings will now have agent-to-agent remarks correctly appear in the Brokerage Remarks field
