BrokerBay Web v3.43

New Features:

•  Buyers have been introduced to the BrokerBay platform!
  • Showing agents can now invite a buyer to a showing during the booking process
  • The buyer can then interact with BrokerBay in the following ways:
    • View both past and future showings invitations
    • View directions on how to navigate to a showing
    • Be configured to receive email notifications about showing changes

Feature Enhancements:

• When updating a listing's showing configuration, a pop-up will now appear to allow the user to update existing showings with the new approval or access information

• When our overlapping appointment feature is disabled, a buffer time between showings can now be selected
• Sentrilock lockboxes can now be pre-attached to incomplete listings
  • Once the listing goes live with the MLS, our automation will attempt to attach the lockbox
  • Should the first attempt fail, a second attempt will be made one hour later
  • Should the second attempt fail, the lockbox will be removed from the listing
• Global Administrators and Managers now have full access to billing and payments
• Within the US market:
  
  • The release my mobile number feature will now default to on
  • The open house feature will now default to on
• The following changes have been made to our offers feature:
  • A default offer notification setting can now be created at the brokerage level
  • A default offer notification setting can now be configured at the agent level
• The join brokerage email notification has been modernized through a redesign
• The Seller Dashboard has been enhanced to support multiple listings
• The following changes have been made to our Live Concierge feature:
  • Concierge users can now search by the brokerage and agent
  • Filtering options have been enhanced 
  • Concierge users can now filter by MLS on the search page
  • MLS name has been added to the showing request screen
  • Concierge users can now filter by MLS within the Admin Queue

Feature Fixes:

• When booking a showing, the agent's registered phone number will now auto-populate

• Global Administrators can now change a user's role to Manager
• Branch Administrators can now change a user's role to Manager
• Booked Tours with blank names will now appear on the Showings page
• MLS Staff users will no longer experience login-related concerns
• Opening a listing with incomplete non-agent contact data will no longer generate an error

• Home Inspection & Appraisal showings can now be booked with durations longer than 1 hour
• Listing agents now have the option to receive a push notification when new feedback is received
