OVERVIEW
The BrokerBay system allows for configuring showing-generated feedback to be sent to your clients, either automatically or manually through the Feedback tab.

Manually sending feedback to clients
- Access your BrokerBay listing and navigate to the Feedback tab.
- Review the collected feedback from showing agents. Select Manage to proceed.
- Select Send to Clients. Utilize the dropdown menu to choose the recipients for the feedback.
Automatically sending feedback to clients (per listing)
- Access your BrokerBay listing and navigate to the Feedback tab.
- Select Feedback Settings.
- Locate the Notification Settings section on the Feedback Settings page. Activate the toggle for the relevant client(s) to enable automatic feedback delivery.
- Confirm your changes by selecting Save.
Alternatively, when setting up showing instructions, enable automatic feedback delivery.
Automatically sending feedback to clients (global setting)
- Access Account Settings from your profile dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Listing Settings tab.
- Locate the option Automatically send feedback to sellers by default for active (existing and new) listings. Select the toggle.
- Select the Save button to apply your changes.

How can I ensure my client received the feedback email?
You can verify email delivery through the feedback email delivery logs.
- Select the desired listing.
- Select on the Showings tab.
- Locate and select the specific showing appointment.
- Select on the Email Delivery Log tab.
How can I collect agent feedback?
