OVERVIEW
Showing-generated feedback can be configured to be automatically or manually sent to your client(s) via the Feedback tab.
This article will cover how you (the Listing Agent) can send feedback received on your listing directly to your client.

How to Manually Send Feedback to My Client
- Enter your BrokerBay listing. Select its Feedback tab.
- Your Feedback tab will host feedback that has been received from showing agents. Click Manage.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click Send to Clients and from the drop-down menu, select which client(s) youβd like to Send feedback to.
How to Automatically Send Feedback to My Client (per listing basis)
- Enter your BrokerBay listing. Select its Feedback tab.
- Click on Feedback Settings.
- Scroll down to the Feedback Settings page's Notification Settings and turn the toggle on for the client(s) - this will enable feedback to be automatically sent to your client. Ensure to hit Save!
An alternative method to ensure your client automatically receives feedback is to subscribe them to notifications when configuring showing instructions.
Enable the Feedback Collected notification in the Showing Configuration β Manage Listing Contacts section.
How to Automatically Send Feedback to My Client (for all my listings)
From your profile dropdown, click Account Settings and enter the Listing Settings tab.
Toggle ON βAutomatically send feedback to sellers by default for active (existing and new) listings.β Ensure to hit Save!

You can check the feedback email delivery logs!
