BrokerBay Web v3.40

New Features

• Showing-generated feedback can now be configured to be automatically sent to the client(s) via our new Feedback Notification options

Feature Enhancements:

• Realtors with non-BrokerBay brokerages can now search for local listings, book showings, and register offers on the BrokerBay platform using the External Dashboard
• SMS text messages will now be shortened to fit within 160 characters

Feature Fixes:

• The following adjustments have been made to our Admin Queue feature:
  • Showings with a status of "Time Passed" can now be actioned within the Showings Tab
  • Searching within the Completed Tab will now populate accurate results
• When adjusting a Tour, the Google-provided Map will no longer be re-rendered/refreshed unless the route has been changed
• Within the US market, the Exclusive Listing status will no longer be available to align with local regulations. A comprehensive adjustment for US listing status / availabilities to come in a future release

BrokerBay Mobile v1.20.0

Feature Enhancements:

• Agents and Licensed Admins can now add or manage lockboxes directly in the BrokerBay Mobile App

Feature Fixes:

• The Feedback feature's counter within the app will now accurately display the correct count
