OVERVIEW
BrokerBay's Tours feature allows real estate agents to schedule multiple property viewings for a client on the same day. The Tours module includes tools for property searches, creating personalized tours, setting viewing times, adjusting schedules, planning routes, adding non-listing stops, and handling multiple showing requests or cancellations at once.

Creating a new Tour
- Open the Tour module using one of these two methods:
- Using the universal search bar: Search for a listing and select Schedule → + Add to Tour.
- From the listing details page: Select + Add to Tour.
- Select + Create New Tour.
- On the Edit Tour page, set your tour's name and date.

Use the search bar to find and add more listings to your tour. You can add non-listing stops by switching to the Stops tab when searching for an address.
- Before submitting showing requests, select the Optimize button to optimize your route. The first listing will always be your starting point. Manually reorder the route by clicking and dragging listings. A greyed-out Optimize button means the optimal route is already selected.
- Select the Directions button to open Google Maps with your tour pre-populated.
Submitting showing requests
- Select times for your showings using the Select times dropdown under each listing.
- Once you've selected at least one showing time, the Send Requests button will enable.
- Verify that the tour properties and times look correct, then select Send Requests again.
Editing a tour
Agents can navigate to an existing tour in three different ways:
- From their Agent dashboard.
- From their showings calendar.
- When selecting a new listing to + Add to Tour.
Deleting a tour
Through the Edit Tour screen
- Select the ... menu in the Edit Tour screen. See Editing a tour for how to navigate to the Edit Tour screen.
- Select Cancel Tour and confirm the deletion.
Through listing deletion
- Remove all listings by selecting the X next to each listing address. When removing the last listing, a warning modal will appear.
- Select Delete Tour.
If you have any pending or confirmed showings associated with the Tour, you will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation and your showings will be cancelled in bulk.
TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs
Is the Tours feature available on the BrokerBay mobile app?
Currently, the Tours feature is exclusively available on BrokerBay's web application. However, agents can access Tours on their mobile devices by logging into the web app through a mobile browser.
Can administrative staff create Tours?
The Tours feature is restricted to licensed users, which includes Agents and licensed Administrators. Unlicensed staff members, such as Global, Branch, or Team Administrators, Owners, or Managers, do not have access to this functionality, even if they possess an MLS member number.
It possible for agents to arrange tours on behalf of their colleagues?
Licensed users are only permitted to book Tours for themselves as the showing agent. The system does not allow for booking tours on behalf of other showing agents.
Can I modify the date of my tour once I've submitted showing requests?
After submitting showing requests, the Tour date becomes fixed. To reschedule a Tour, it is necessary to first cancel any pending or confirmed showings associated with the original date.
