Tours
- Agents will now be able to book multiple same-day showings for a single client using one simple workflow.
- Now, in one place, an agent can:
- search for listings
- add a listing to a tour
- select showing times
- reorder their schedule
- optimize their route using the most efficient driving path

- submit showing requests or cancellations in bulk

Showings Calendar
- A massive redesign of the agent showings calendar experience (buyer & listing) and the individual listing showings calendar.
- Provides the agent with a more unified view of their buyer and listing showings calendars and offers a number of streamlined workflows (confirm/deny/suggest, COVID-19 approval, etc.)
Feature Enhancements:
- Agents will no longer be required to select "I'm not a robot" when booking a showing using the external dashboard
- Home Inspection & Appraisal showings can now be booked with durations longer than 1 hour
- When using our auto-confirm feature on a listing that has a contact requiring phone confirmation, the showing will now populate appropriately in the Admin Queue to action
- Non-Owner users will now see an error message when accessing the billing or lockbox screens via bookmark or direct URL
- Pagination added to Admin Queue
- Pagination added to Chat Tool
Feature Fixes:
- Draft/private listings can no longer be found using the universal search bar
- Accessing a for-lease listing using the buyer's showing page will no longer generate an error
- Selecting the unsubscribe button in any BrokerBay email will now correctly unsubscribe the user
- The following changes have been made to our answering service feature:
- AS provider information will now populate under the answering service tab
- AS users can now view all agent mobile numbers regardless of the agent's mobile number settings
- AS users can now see the SMS showing delivery option (where applicable)
