BrokerBay Web v3.33

Universal Search:

• We are delighted to announce the release of platform-wide search functionality!
  • BrokerBay's cross-brokerage search feature allows users to locate and interact with MLS listings and agents across the entire BrokerBay platform—not just within their own brokerage.
    • This includes:
      • The ability to book showings and register offers on external listings;
      • Search for outside agents by name, view their brokerage and contact info, and initiate chat conversations with them;
      • Save listings as favorites, and share listings with non-BrokerBay users directly from the universal search bar.

New:

• A View MLS Link hyperlink has been added to the Book Showing page.
• Closing a chat tab will now generate a yes or no confirmation popup.
• The following changes have been made to our Automated Transfer feature:
  • History logs are now kept in both the Details and Transfers tabs
  • History logs now differentiate between newly created and transferred users
• The following changes have been made to our cross-brokerage search feature:
  • The email address column has been replaced by an MLS ID column
  • A licensed user who belongs to more than one brokerage will now appear on multiple lines in the search results, with each brokerage entry & MLS ID listed separately
  • A licensed user with multiple unique MLS IDs who belongs to a single brokerage will appear only once in the search results

Improvements:

• An Unlicensed Administrator (with MLS Member Number) will no longer be displayed as an unverified user.
• Creating a user CSV for export now accounts for any filters selected.
• Draft listings that undergo a price change will no longer generate a notification email.
• A combined listing with three or more individual MLS numbers will now display an error message if not uncombined in the same order as originally put together.
• The Showing Confirmation page will no longer allow unconfigured access instructions to be issued.
• Team Administrators will now see an accurate number of outstanding appointments to action displayed beside their Admin Queue tab.
• Uploading a lockbox image will no longer generate an incorrectly orientated photo.
• Starting a Virtual Tour will no longer generate a blank error screen.
• A brokerage that has already begun the onboarding process can no longer be claimed.
