BrokerBay Web v3.31

New:

• We are excited to announce full integration of the Supra eKey Smart KeyBox!
• Our platform now automatically updates a user's listed board or association based on any changes made directly with the organization.
• The following changes have been made to our Manager Users area:
  • New ability to filter by User Role (Agent, Team Admin, Branch Admin, Global Admin).
  • New ability to filter by User Status (Active, Inactive, Unverified).

Improvements:

• Listing contacts with the proper permissions, including sellers, can now suggest a new time for an existing showing despite having the No More Showings feature enabled.
• On the Agent Dashboard, each showing on a Virtual Tour will now be listed individually.
• The Add Contact area will now only display existing users that the accessing admin/agent has permission to view.
• Branch Administrators can no longer edit or delete Global Administrators.
• Manually entered Open Houses are no longer overridden by our automated board feeds.
