Getting There: Access the BrokerBay External Dashboard by clicking the link within any of your showing notifications.
OVERVIEW
BrokerBay aims to make the process of buying and selling real estate a seamless and efficient experience for all parties—brokerages, agents, and their clients.
Sellers and tenants have the ability to view their BrokerBay listing, approve and deny showings, soft suggest new times, and access a list of all appointments booked on their property. They can also modify their listing notification settings.
Their permissions are dependent on the listing contact configuration set up by the listing agent/brokerage admin staff when showings are initially configured.

Navigating the External Dashboard
Currently, clients can view information about their listing and the showings booked on it via their external dashboard—a unique page that doesn't require logging in and can be accessed by clicking on any link within a showing notification email or SMS.
The client will also receive an email notification indicating that their agent has added them to the listing, from where they can click View Listing to access the external dashboard.
Choosing your notification style
Advise your Listing Agent whether you want to receive showing notices by email, SMS, or both! There are three different ways a listing can be set up: Auto-Confirm (which requires no action on the seller's part), Listing Agent to Confirm (which requires no action on the seller's part), and Seller/Tenants to Confirm. Let's first look at an example of a notification that does not require action (note that the notification says 'Confirmed'):
If you click the link above, you will be directed to the following screen on the external dashboard. When you receive a notification like this, no further action is needed.
Here is an example of an email notification:
If you click View Listing, you will again be directed to the external dashboard. When you receive a notification like this, no further action is needed.
How to Confirm & Deny Showings
If your Listing Agent has set up permissions for you to confirm or deny showings, please see the instructions below.
Within the SMS notification, click the link, which will direct you to BrokerBay's external dashboard as shown below (note that the notification says 'New'):
Once on the Showing Details Page, you can action the appointment by clicking Accept or Deny:
If you are set to receive email notifications, you can Accept or Deny the showing within the email itself:
If you have received a showing but the time won't work, you can suggest a different time. If you don't see a blue Suggest button, this means your Listing Agent has not set you up to utilize this feature.
Here's how to suggest a time change:
Within the notification, click the blue Suggest button (if on mobile, click the Manage link)
Next, select the date and time that works best for this showing:
Once you select a date and time, you will receive this popup:
How to Adjust Your Notification Settings
As a seller, you can adjust the initial notification settings that your agent set up within the BrokerBay listing's showing configurations.
From your external dashboard, access the My Notifications tab where you can toggle on/off notifications and make adjustments to how you receive notifications.
I accidentally opted out of SMS notifications by texting the number - what do I do?
Please contact your listing agent and they will contact the BrokerBay Support Team.

All my notifications, text and email show the showing agent as my listing agent. So it appears that all my showings are being booked by my listing agent. However, that's not the case. My listing agent forwarded me his notification which shows the buyer's agent who is actually showing the property. Would be nice to be able to setup my notifications to show the correct showing agent. Can this be done?
