Getting There: Admin tab β Manage Users
OVERVIEW
The BrokerBay platform offers a range of automated tools to facilitate user account management. However, the administration of user accounts is ultimately the responsibility of each brokerage's admin staff. This includes creating new user accounts and deleting obsolete ones.

Why is the Save Changes button greyed out?
These buttons will remain greyed out until all mandatory profile fields have been filled. Ensure that all user information has been entered, using "-" to fill in unneeded mandatory fields.
What is a primary board?
The board that the agent primarily uses to list properties and book showings. If an agent is only a member of one board, then that board is their primary one. If an agent is a member of multiple boards, their primary board is the one they most often use to conduct business.
What does it mean when an agent is Unverified?
You will see the below warning displayed on an agent's profile if that agent is unverified.
An agent can be unverified for a variety of reasons, including:
- The agent's Member ID or board is incorrect in their profile.
- The agent's license is currently parked.
- The agent belongs to an office that has not yet been added to your listing feed.
- (For TRREB agents) The DLA associated with that office has lapsed.
If you have confirmed that the above scenarios don't apply to this agent, Submit a Request for further assistance.
