⚠️ With MFA, Admins and staff cannot manually reset or create passwords on behalf of another user. Please have your users follow the below password reset process instead.
Reset your password
For desktop login
You’ll need to reset your password through your MLS or Honeywell, depending on which platform you authenticate through.
- Visit https://edge.brokerbay.com and enter your email.
- Select Log In.

When you’re redirected to your MLS or Honeywell login page, select Forgot Password.
- Follow the instructions on the next page to choose a new password.
For mobile app login
As the mobile app uses your native BrokerBay password, you can reset your password directly through the app.
- Open the BrokerBay mobile app.

Tap Forgot Password.
- Enter your BrokerBay account email and select Send Recovery Link. Follow the instructions on the next page.
- Select the link included in the recovery email to choose a new password.
Reset your email
After MFA has been activated on your account, you won’t be able to change your email from within BrokerBay. This is to make sure your BrokerBay account information and your MFA account information match.
- Users that authenticate through the MLS can change their MLS email. The updated email will sync with BrokerBay and become your new BrokerBay email.
- Users that authenticate through Honeywell currently can’t change their BrokerBay email.
