Sign in using Honeywell

Existing BrokerBay users

If you’re an existing BrokerBay user:

• Without a connected MLS member number, or
• Your account doesn’t support MFA through your MLS

You’ll be required to authenticate through a secure Honeywell account.

1. Check your email inbox for a message titled “Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication.”

   

2. Click the link in the email. This will take you to Honeywell’s setup page.

3. Set your Honeywell password.

   1. Your personal information, such as name and email, will be pre-filled based on your BrokerBay profile.
   2. Use a unique password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.

4. Complete your Honeywell account setup. You’ll be taken back to the BrokerBay sign-in page.

5. Sign in to BrokerBay using your BrokerBay email.

6. Follow the Honeywell authentication process. If you’re using a public or shared device, uncheck This is my device.

   

After initial setup, future logins will only require your BrokerBay email and Honeywell password. You may be asked to re-authenticate based on certain activity or session criteria, such as logging in from a new device or after a session timeout.

New BrokerBay users

If you’re a new BrokerBay user and your account doesn’t support MFA through your MLS, you’ll need to set up a Honeywell account first before you can set up your BrokerBay account.

1. Check your email inbox for a message titled “Join Brokerage.”

   

2. Click the link in the email to set up your Honeywell account.

3. Set a password for your Honeywell account.

4. You’ll be taken back to the BrokerBay sign-in page. Sign in to BrokerBay with your email.

5. Follow the Honeywell authentication process using the password you set previously. If you’re using a public or shared device, uncheck This is my device.

   

6. After authenticating through Honeywell, it’s time to set up your BrokerBay account. Select Next.

7. Make sure your account information is correct. Select Next again.

8. Take some time to review the Acknowledgements. Select Create Account.

9. Select Go to Dashboard to start using BrokerBay!

For subsequent sign-ins, simply input your BrokerBay email and follow the authentication flow. You won’t need to go through the account setup process again.
