Existing BrokerBay users
If your account supports MFA through your MLS, you can use your existing MLS credentials to authenticate. Not all accounts and MLSs support authenticating through the MLS.
- Sign into BrokerBay using your email. You’ll be taken to your MLS sign-in page.
-
If you’re a verified member of multiple MLSs under the same BrokerBay credentials, you can authenticate using any of your linked MLSs.
-
If you have multiple BrokerBay credentials, each account must be authenticated individually through its associated MLS.
-
- Sign in with your usual MLS username and password. After authenticating, you’ll see your BrokerBay dashboard.
You may be asked to re-authenticate based on certain activity or session criteria, such as logging in from a new device or after a session timeout.
New BrokerBay users
If you’re a new BrokerBay user and your account supports MFA through your MLS, you’ll need to enable MFA through your MLS before you can set up your BrokerBay account.
- Check your email inbox for a message titled “Join Brokerage.”
- Click the link in the email to sign in through your MLS. This will link your existing MLS account to your new BrokerBay one.
- After authenticating through your MLS, it’s time to set up your BrokerBay account. Select Next.
- Make sure your account information is correct. Select Next again.
- Take some time to review the Acknowledgements. Select Create Account.
- Select Go to Dashboard to start using BrokerBay!
For subsequent sign-ins, follow the flow under Existing users. You won’t need to go through the account setup process again.
