After showing a property, you'll automatically receive updates on it through the form of email notifications. You can also manually subscribe to updates on a property without showing it first.
Make sure your BrokerBay email is valid and active to receive all possible updates. If you need to change your email, see Changing your email or password 🎥.
Understand property updates
BrokerBay offers various notification types that you can subscribe to simultaneously.
- Property Announcements: Receive messages from the Listing Agent. See Messaging all Agents who have shown a property 🎥 for the Listing Agent side of this feature.
- Registered Offers: Be notified when an offer is made. This notification doesn't include details on which Agent or brokerage made the offer.
- Feedback Reminders: After you show the property, receive reminders to provide feedback, unless disabled by the Listing Agent.
- Price Changes: Be notified when the property's price changes.
- Status Changes: Be notified when the property's status changes (e.g., terminated or removed from market).
Being subscribed to property updates doesn't ensure you'll receive all possible notification types. The Listing Agent decides which users receive Announcements and Offer notifications. They may choose to notify only certain users.
