BrokerBay Web v3.21

New:

• Our reset password email has a fresh, modern look.
• Answering service staff can now book showings on listings and view agent contact information directly from their search results.
• The "Remove From Queue" logic has been revamped so appointments that have been time-passed in the admin queue for over 24 hours will be automatically moved to the Completed tab.
• The wording in BOOKED showing emails has been updated to read "A new showing has been requested on your property."
• "Withdrawn" has been added as a new listing status category.
  
  
• The following key phrases have been updated throughout the website:
  • Appointment has been replaced with Showing; similarly, Appointment Configuration has been replaced with Showing Configuration.
  • Freehold & Condo listing types have been updated to Residential - Freehold and Residential - Condo.
  • Co-op Agent has been replaced with Showing Agent; on the Listing Details screen, Co-op Comm. has been replaced with Buyer's Agent Comm.
  • Form 801 has been replaced with Offer Summary Doc or Offer Doc.
  • The Exclusives tab in the Admin Queue has been updated to the Paperwork tab.

Improvements:

• Long Have/Want descriptions are no longer truncated and will now be visible in their entirety as wrapped text.
