OVERVIEW

BrokerBay's messaging system facilitates communication between administrators and agents within their respective marketplaces. The Message Inbox serves as a centralized repository for sent messages.

Searching for messages

The Message Inbox contains all chat messages sent through the system by Administrators.

Before searching, please note:

• The Chat tool is cross-organizational, allowing Administrators to contact BrokerBay users in other brokerages.
• Administrators can only view and search messages that include your brokerage Administrators and front desk in the conversation. Administrators cannot access private messages between two Agents.

To search for a message:

1. Select the chat bubble icon next to your initials.
2. Select See All to perform a more thorough search.
   
3. Narrow down your search:
   1. By keyword.
   2. By approximate date sent.
   3. By a specific recipient.

You can export a file of all sent messages by selecting the download icon.
