Accessing Feature: Admin Queue --> Paperwork Tab
On BrokerBay, both agents and administrators can add Exclusive Listings. For an overview on how to load an exclusive listing, please refer to the below article:
This article covers how you, as an administrator, can view listing paperwork and manage Exclusive listings that have been uploaded by a listing agent themselves.
Through their dashboard, agents can now upload Exclusive Listings on their own!

How Do I Upload an Exclusive Listing?
1. Once an agent has uploaded listing paperwork for admin approval, this information will automatically populate in your Admin Queue --> Paperwork:
2. Clicking on Verify Listing Documents allow you to review what has been uploaded. If the paperwork is legitimate, you can choose to Approve or Reject It.
What happens if you reject paperwork?
Rejecting the paperwork will prompt you to include a reason why. The agent will not be permitted to upload their Exclusive into the system until they re-upload the correct paperwork.
What happens if you approve the paperwork?
Approving the paperwork will permit the agent from moving on to the next step of their create a listing process. It will then ask them if they are ready to share their listing with the brokerage.
The Documents Tab
Click on a Listing --> Documents Tab
This tab will now house the listing documents on this property (whether they were uploaded during the broker-loading stage, or afterwards. Please note that these documents can only be viewed by an administrator or the listing agent.
