- Showing appointment details page → Take Action dropdown
OVERVIEW
If you have accidentally marked an appointment as complete, you can reset the appointment's status to New and select a different action.
Resetting a showing appointment's status
- Navigate to the showing. You can do this in two ways:
- Navigate to your Admin Queue, then select the relevant showing from the Showings tab.
- Navigate to the relevant listing, then select Showings.
- Select the arrow beside Take Action. From the dropdown, select Override Status.
- A confirmation window will appear. Select Yes to confirm the reset.
After selecting Yes, the appointment's status will be reset to New.
