Getting There: Showing Appointment Details page → Take Action dropdown
Have you accidentally marked an appointment as complete when it wasn't? Do you need to reset the appointment's status to 'New' so that you can mark it correctly? This article will guide you on how to override and reset the status of an appointment.
Access the appointment’s View Details page by clicking on the appointment from your Admin Queue or directly from the listing's Showings page.
From the appointment page, head to the Take Action section and open the dropdown options.
Click Override Status to set the appointment’s status back to New.
