What Happens On Launch Day?
The most important thing to know is that Launch Day is a hard cutover. This means all online appointment bookings will automatically show up in your BrokerBay queue in the morning.
You will also be messaging your agents and taking all other actions within BrokerBay.
Below is an overview of changes managed by our team to guarantee a successful launch.
1. Online appointment links automatically redirecting to BrokerBay
2. Your Answering Service is given access to your BrokerBay account to easily manage appointments
3. Agents accounts are enabled the day before launch and are automatically notified of access
4. A history of appointments from your database are imported the day after launch (QOC only)
Our main goal is to ensure a smooth transition to BrokerBay! On launch day and beyond, you will receive specialized support for your brokerage. These details will be covered by your Onboarding Specialist as you prepare for launch.
