Getting There: Enter appointment --> Resend Notification button
You can resend an showing notification to a Showing Agent, your agent, or your client.
To do so, find the appointment in your queue and select the Resend Notification button. Here you can specify which party you would like to resend this notification to.
For Showing Agents, this option is only available if they have opted to receive their confirmation via email.
For Listing Agents or Clients, they will receive this notification by email, text or both depending on their notification preferences.
