OVERVIEW
Want to resend a showing notification to individual listing contacts or showing agents?
Accessing the appointment details page gives you an overview of the appointment history, and the ability for you as an admin to take further actions.
How to Resend a Showing Notification
Access the appointment either from your Admin Queue, or through the listing’s Showings page.
Click the View Details button to open the appointment’s history and action page.
Click Resend Notification selecting which parties you’d like to resend to. This resending of notifications will deliver based on the individual’s set showing updates’ notification settings.
