Team Admin access
Team Administrators are granted the following privileges to support their team effectively:
- Team Listings: Update showing instructions and modify listing details.
- Team Listing Showings: View all showings across listings, with options to filter by date range and appointment type.
- Listing Feedback: Access to feedback on team listings, along with the ability to design custom feedback forms and templates for team use.
- Action Showings: Manage showings on all team listings through approval or declination.
- Chat Messaging: Communicate with team members through the paging system.
Team Admin Dashboard
Similar to licensed Agents who access their Agent Dashboard when logging into BrokerBay, Team Admins have a Team Admin Dashboard. This dashboard displays panels for Listings, Showings, Tasks, Team, and Contacts.
Team Admin Queue
Team Admins have access to a dedicated Admin Queue for managing their team members' listings. This queue includes all the tabs found in the regular Admin Queue.
My Team tab
The My Team tab appears in the left-hand side navigation menu for all Team members.
Clicking the My Team tab opens a page with two views: Listings and Showings.
- Listings: Select an address to edit feedback, view showings for that specific property, add or edit showing instructions, and manage offers.
- Showings: Provides an overview of showing statuses and required actions. Select the Eyeball tool for quick access to appointment history and details.
Each listing also contains two columns with items potentially requiring attention:
- The Needs Action column highlights any required actions for appointments that need attention, such as appointments that need to be Confirmed or Denied.
- The Status column displays the appointment's current status (e.g., New, Confirmed, Time Passed).
