As a team administrator you have the below access to assist your team:
- Access to all listings within the team to add or edit showing instructions and listing details
- Access to a list of all showings happening on all listings, with the ability to filter by date range and appointment type
- Access to feedback on all listings and the ability to build custom feedback forms and templates for your agents
- Ability to confirm and deny appointments on all listings if needed
- Ability to page out to your team
Navigating Listings and Appointments
The My Team tab is the hub for all above access mentioned. While inside this tab you'll see two categories:
Listings - Click on an address to edit feedback, view appointments for only that property, add/edit showing instructions and manage offers
Appointments - A view of all appointments on all listings, where you can filter appointments by date or type, and download an export
a report for your agents
Managing Appointments
When viewing appointments, any booked appointments that have yet to be confirmed will show a Confirm and Deny button. Here you can process appointments, or leave them for your clients / agents / front desk to confirm.
