Getting there:
- Through the Admin Queue: Admin Queue → Duplicates tab.
- Manually: Admin tab → Merge / Combine Listings tool.
OVERVIEW
Merging listings is not the same action as combining them.
Merge listings when a property has been terminated or withdrawn and is now being relisted. This transfers the previous listing’s details to the new listing, preserving data and configurations.
When merging, you can select which elements to transfer:
- Showing Configuration Settings
- Listing Contacts
- Showings (Appointments, Feedback, Tours)
- Registered Offers
- Listing Documents
Combine listings when the same property is listed across multiple boards or associations in your brokerage platform. Only Canadian clients can combine listings across multiple boards.
When listings are combined:
- The OLD listing's settings will be applied to the combined listing. This includes the listing's status.
- Listings will be consolidated into one unified entry.

When to merge
Merge listings when:
- A previously terminated/withdrawn property is relisted.
- You want to transfer configurations from the old listing to the new one.
- You need to maintain historical data continuity.
Merging is not reversible.
When to combine
Combine listings when:
- The same property is listed on multiple MLS boards.
- You need to consolidate multi-boarded listings.
- You want to manage one unified listing instead of separate entries.
Combining is reversible through the Admin Queue's Duplicates tab.
- Navigate to Admin Queue → Duplicates tab. Please note the Admin Queue is separate page from the Admin page.
- Select the eyeball icon to verify listing details.
- Select Merge or Combine.
- If Merging, choose which elements to transfer.
If listings don’t appear in the Duplicates tab (due to different addresses, neighborhoods, list types, or property categories), you can still manually combine them.
- Navigate to the Admin page.
- Select the Merge / Combine Listings tool → Merge or Combine.
- Search for and select the OLD listing.
- Search for and select the NEW listing.
- Select Merge or Combine.
I combined a listing by accident. How can I uncombine it?
- Navigate to your Admin Queue → Duplicates tab. Please note the Admin Queue is separate page from the Admin page.
- Select Show History.
- Locate the combined listing through its MLS #(s), and select Uncombine.
