Getting there: Admin Queue --> Duplicates Tab or Admin Tab --> Merge / Combine (if manually processing)
This tool is used in cases where you have a Cancel and Re-List or a property listed on multiple boards. First thing's first, let's understand the difference between Merge verses Combine!
Combine: A property listed on multiple boards will automatically appear in the Duplicates tab, to process click
Merge: A property that has been cancelled and re-listed will will automatically appear in the Duplicates tab, to process click . Merging a property means you are transferring over:
- Appointment Configuration Settings
- Listing Contacts
- All Appointments
- Registered Offers
Please note that when you merge two listings, you can choose which of the above information you would like to merge over.

Why Can't I See A Listing In My Duplicates Tab?
There are only a few reasons as to why a listing would not come up in your duplicates tab.
- The address differs
- The neighbourhood differs
- The two listings have different list types (one for sale, one for lease)
- One is commercial, the other is residential
Not to worry about this - below we discuss how to manually merge or combine a listing in the event that it does not show up in your duplicates tab.
How Can I Manually Combine Or Merge A Listing?
Manually combining or merging a listing is an easy three-step process. First, go to your Admin Tab and select the Merge/ Combine Listings function.
Here, you can search the old listing, then the new one - and merge or combine accordingly!
I Combined A Listing By Accident. How Can I Uncombine It?
To uncombine a listing, go to your Duplicates Tab and select "Show History".
From this tab, you can any listing that you had previously combined at anytime within your platform.
