OVERVIEW
As a Listing Agent, you can use BrokerBay's automatic feedback collection system to gather and manage property feedback. You can enable feedback collection for all listings or customize it for each one.

Setting up automatic feedback collection
For all new listings
You can turn on automatic feedback collection for all of your future listings through your Account Settings.
- From your profile dropdown, select Account Settings.
- Select Listing Settings.
- Turn the Collect automated feedback on all of my listings toggle on.
- Select Save.
For an individual listing
If you only want feedback for a specific listing, you can turn on feedback collection on a per-listing basis.
- Navigate to the listing you wish to collect feedback on.
- Select Feedback.
- Select Feedback Settings.
- Turn the Collecting Feedback toggle on.
- Select Save.
Once feedback collection has been enabled either through the Accounting Settings toggle or the listing's Feedback Settings, BrokerBay will automatically send out a feedback request email to a Showing Agent after their appointment has occurred.
Choosing a feedback template
You can choose unique templates for both your feedback requests and feedback surveys. Feedback request and survey templates are distinct from one another.
For the template(s), you can choose from:
- A default template
- A pre-existing personal template
- A brokerage-wide template
- A new, listing-specific template

Managing received feedback
To view your listing's received feedback:
- Navigate to the listing whose feedback you wish to view.
- Select Feedback.
- To view the feedback log in more depth, select Manage.
- In the event the Showing Agent has made a mistake and/or informed you that they'd like to make a change in their response, you can select Edit to edit their responses.
To manually record feedback on behalf of a Showing Agent:
- Navigate to the listing.
- Select Showings.
- Select the showing you wish to record feedback for.
- Select Submit Feedback.
- Fill out the fields according to the Showing Agent's request.
- Select Submit.
Feedback reminders
BrokerBay sends out feedback request emails to Showing Agents twice.
- The first request will be sent one hour after the appointment's end time.
- The second request will be sent the following morning, if the feedback survey has not been completed yet.
To manually send additional reminders:
- Navigate to the listing.
- Select Showings.
- Beside the showing you wish to send an additional reminder for, select Ask for Feedback.
- Select Send Reminder.
