OVERVIEW
As an Administrator, you can action showing appointments through the Admin Queue. This includes contacting Sellers and Showing Agents, or delivering appointment confirmations.

Processing a showing appointment
To begin processing a showing, navigate to your Admin Queue and select the relevant showing. This will open the Showing Request screen.
You can view and action the following fields from the Showing Request screen:
- Booking Instructions: Check if the client is listed as Must Call.
- Showing Request: The time and date of the showing are readily available for you to share with the seller client. To request or validate a time change, select Time Change.
- Take Action: Select the appropriate action and input why you are choosing this action. The notes will be automatically added to the showing's History.
Once you have verified and completed all fields, select Submit to confirm the action.
Delivery Screen
Upon selecting Submit, you will be directed to the Delivery Screen, where notifications regarding the appointment will be dispatched to the Showing Agent.
- Delivery by Email
If the Agent chooses to receive their confirmation by email, you have the opportunity to adjust the Confirmation Details for the showing before sending the email.
After adjusting any fields, select Send Conf.
- Delivery by Office
If calling the Showing Agent's brokerage, you will see the brokerage's office number and all confirmation details on the screen.
Once you have spoken to the brokerage, log whom you spoke with in the space provided, then select Delivered.
TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs
The showing agent wants the receipt method of their confirmation instructions changed. How can I change the delivery method?
On the delivery screen, select the inverted arrows below Send Instructions By. This will swap from Email to Call, or vice versa.
How can I change the confirmation details for only this one showing appointment?
Before actioning the appointment, under Confirmation Instructions, select the writing icon.
How do I go back if I made a mistake in actioning an appointment?
You can access the appointment's action screen by selecting the View Details button on the showing, or selecting the appointment from your Admin Queue.
Alternatively, if you are on the Delivery Screen, select Manage Showing. You will be returned to the actioning screen.
Once you have navigated to the actioning screen, select the arrow beside Take Action. Override the appointment to New, then adjust any fields you wish to change.

How do I delete a showing from the admin queue?
From the Take Action dropdown, select Remove From Queue. Before removing, please ensure that all necessary actions have been completed per the booking instructions.
