OVERVIEW

The Message Agents feature allows you to communicate with Agents who have shown your listing, directly through the BrokerBay platform.

Sending emails to Showing Agents

1. Navigate to any BrokerBay listing.
2. Select the Message Agents tab.
3. Select agents from the Send Message to dropdown.
4. Compose your message. You can personalize your message using drag-and-drop smart tags.
5. Confirm the recipient list on the lefthand sidebar. Remove any unwanted Agents by selecting Remove.
6. Select Send.

Viewing your sent messages

1. Navigate to any BrokerBay listing.
2. Select the Message Agents tab.
3. Select Sent Messages.
