As a listing agent, you may find yourself looking to save a record of your listing’s showing activity.

Easily pull showing activity reports for one or all of your listings in BrokerBay.

Downloading a Report of Listing Showings

To download a report of a single listing’s showing activity:

1. Head to your BrokerBay listing and click its Showings tab.
   
2. Click the horizontal ellipses ‘…’
   You’ll have an option to save/print a PDF or export a CSV spreadsheet file.
   

To download a report of all your listings’ showing activity:

1. Head to your account’s Showings page accessible from your left hand side navigation menu and click its Listing tab.
   
2. Click the horizontal ellipses ‘…’
   You’ll have an option to save/print a PDF or export a CSV spreadsheet file.
   

For a PDF - Click Print. You’ll be led to the Showing Activity Report where you can decide to include/exclude Showing Agent Contact Info and Showing Feedback before you Print PDF.

For a CSV - Click Export. The file will download and be available in your device’s Downloads.
