OVERVIEW

Agents can message Administrators and other Agents using BrokerBay's Message feature. Past messages are kept in your Message Inbox, and can be viewed at any time through the web version of BrokerBay.

Viewing your message history

To view your message history:

1. Select the Message (Chat bubble) icon.
   
   
2. At the bottom of the dropdown, select See All.

When viewing your message history through the Message Inbox, you can:

• Search for specific keywords.
• Filter by date ranges.
• Export your message history as a PDF file.
