How to Send a Message (shows how to access Message History)

OVERVIEW

Agents can message/page their admins and other agents using BrokerBay's Message feature. This article will cover how to view and access your message history stored in your Message Inbox.

How to View Message History

To view all of your Messages, click the Message icon at the top of your screen. To see all messages, click See All.

To search for specific messages, enter keywords and select to and from dates.
