Our Chat Tool is the first modern messaging system designed specifically for brokerages to streamline communication.

This article will guide you through how to send a chat message to your brokerage admins/agents and how to send a chat message to agents of other brokerages.

How to Send a Chat Message to My Brokerage Agents and Front Desk

  1. Open the Chat Tool by clicking the blue envelope icon at the bottom of your screen. You can also use F7 shortcut to open the Chat Tool

  2. Click New Conversation. What to open an additional chat tab? You can click on ➕

  3. Search and select the recipient’s name 
  4. Once you’ve selected the recipient, Click Send Message
  5. Add a subject line and write out your chat message
  6. Click the delivery icon to send your message

How to Send a Chat Message to Agents of Other Brokerages

  1. From the universal search bar toggle to the Agents search
  2. Search the agent’s name and hover on the Agent search result and click Chat
  3. Clicking Chat will open the envelope Chat Tool where you can formulate and send your message

I don't see an envelope and see a red stop sign or a disconnected modal. How can I fix this?

  The red stop sign indicates your account is set to Away

  • Click the Away button at the top of your account. This will change you back to Active. You’ll now see the blue envelope.

The blue envelope with the triangle warning indicates that you're disconnected. This typically means your session has timed out or are having connection issues.
