Accessing Feature: Admin Tab --> Manage Users (New User Button or Delete User)
When an agent joins your brokerage you will have to create an account for them on BrokerBay.
To do this, Select and input the correct information for the agent. Be sure to confirm that their Member Number and corresponding board are correct.
Adding Administrators / Staff
When a new staff member joins, be sure to set their Role as "Global Administrator" to ensure they have access to the appointment queue.
Likewise, when and agent leaves your brokerage, you will have to delete their user account.
Select "Delete" next to the user. This will transfer their account to the "Deleted Users" tab. Please note that BrokerBay keeps deleted users archived, in case administrators need to access any information in the future!
TroubleShooting & FAQ's
"User with this email already exists" Error - this agent has likely recently transferred brokerages. Have the agent contact their previous brokerage to remove their old user, or contact the brokerage yourself.
"User with this member number already exists" Error - same as above, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
What is an MLS Name? This is the agent's full name followed by their designation (Broker, Salesperson, Broker of Record).
