Getting Started
Showing Agents can register offers online through BrokerBay, automatically sending the Offer Docs to the Listing Agent for review and logging the Offer in your queue.
However, if a co-op agent or your own agent calls in to register an offer, it's a simple process to complete.
How-To
In the event that an agent would like an administrator to register an offer on their behalf, it can be done so through an easy three-step process:
- Click the Eyeball Tool next to the property you're registering the offer on.
- Select
- Easily search the agent's name and information, and set an irrevocability date/time. Please note that uploading an offer doc here is not a mandatory step.
- Once you complete Step 3, you will be asked if you would like to notify agents of that offer at which point you can proceed OR choose to only log the offer in the system and notify agents at a later time.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Troubleshooting
I can't find the agent's name - Click the "Manual" tab to register the offer if you are unable to find the agent
