OVERVIEW
Your BrokerBay username and password are established when you claim your account from your MLS profile. Your BrokerBay username is your MLS email. This email serves as both your login and the address for receiving front desk messages and updates on listings and appointments.
If you're having trouble accessing your BrokerBay account, you can reset your password or email.

Changing your email or password
Without current access to BrokerBay account
- From the BrokerBay login page, select Forgot Password.
- Enter the email associated with your BrokerBay account. This is your board or MLS email.
- Select Send Recovery Link. You will receive a link to reset your password shortly.
With current access to BrokerBay account
- Click your user icon, then select Account Settings.
- In the Profile tab, enter a new username or password.
- Select Save.
Changing the email or password of an Agent
As a brokerage Admin, you may assist Agents in resetting their email or password.
- Navigate to your Admin toolbox and select Manage Users.
- Select the Users tab and locate the user's profile.
- Select Send password reset link to send a recovery email to the Agent. You can also manually enter new credentials.
- Select Save.
I'm getting a "Too many login attempts" error message.
Ensure you are using Google Chrome as your browser. If you still receive an error, clear your cache of BrokerBay data.
