OVERVIEW

Editing listings through BrokerBay is recommended only for Exclusive Listings.

It is not necessary to edit MLS listings through BrokerBay. Any changes made on the MLS will be automatically synchronized with the corresponding BrokerBay listing.

Editing a listing

1. Navigate to the listing you wish to edit.
2. Select Edit Listing.
3. Make your desired changes:
   1. Details: Includes basic property information such as online tour information, photographs, the property's description, location, and physical attributes.
   2. Status/Price Change: Allows you to update the price of an Exclusive Listing once it has been Sold, Leased, Terminated, or Suspended.
   3. Visibility: Adjust if the listing is visible to others or only you.
4. After adjusting the listing, select Save.

Please note that only the Listing Agent, the listing's brokerage Administrators, and the listing's Team Administrators have access to the Edit Listing tab.

TROUBLESHOOTING & FAQs

A listing is missing from the Dashboard's Listing panel.

The dashboard’s listings panel will host up to 10 listings. Click on View All to pull up a comprehensive list of all your listings. 

The Dashboard's Listing panel will only show the most recent ten listings, regardless of status.
