Admin Queue

• When an Administrator selects an appointment in the Admin Queue, other Administrators will see a green icon indicating the appointment is currently being serviced.

Lockboxes

• The User tab is now the default view when accessing lockbox activity reports.

MLS and Organization Staff

• Nebraska organization staff now have expanded subscription management capabilities. 
• Organizations subscribed to Supra One now have expanded lockbox management capabilities for users and brokerages.

• The Release Shackle process has been streamlined with improved searching and clearer prompts.

• Organizations subscribed to Supra One will now receive a pop-up notification when they try to remove an individual’s shackle permissions but cannot do so.
