Feature Enhancements
(Mobile App Update) This February 18th release included critical back-end updates to the mobile app. These updates were rolled out to users through one of the three experiences listed below depending on the version of the BrokerBay mobile app they had installed at the time. These updates are designed to enhance the security functions and improve the app's performance.
Experience 1: Auto-Updated

- If users had auto-update enabled for apps on their devices, their mobile app updated automatically regardless of the version of the BrokerBay App they had installed. All this rolled out without interrupting the user experience.
Experience 2: Auto-Update Not Enabled & The Mobile App Version 1.61 to 1.64

- If users did not have auto-update enabled but were using their mobile app in its most up-to-date version at the time (version 1.61 to 1.64), they would have encountered a prompt to update their mobile app while they were using it.
Experience 3: Auto-Update Not Enabled & A Version Less than Mobile App Version 1.61

- If users had an older mobile app version (any version less than 1.61), they would have encountered a blue launch screen. To correct this, users were required to remove their installed version of the BrokerBay app and download and install the latest version from their app store.
