If you encounter a stuck landing page while using the BrokerBay mobile app, remove the old version and install the newest one.
Removing an old version of the BrokerBay mobile app
- On your Apple device, locate the BrokerBay mobile app.
- Tap and hold the BrokerBay mobile app, then tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App.
Installing the newest version of the BrokerBay mobile app

On your Apple device, open the App Store app

Tap your profile icon
in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap My Apps.
- Locate the BrokerBay mobile app and tap the download icon
.
