If you encounter a stuck landing page while using the BrokerBay mobile app, remove the old version and install the newest one. 

Removing an old version of the BrokerBay mobile app

1. On your Apple device, locate the BrokerBay mobile app.
2. Tap and hold the BrokerBay mobile app, then tap Remove App.
3. Tap Delete App.

Installing the newest version of the BrokerBay mobile app

1. On your Apple device, open the App Store app .

2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Tap My Apps.
4. Locate the BrokerBay mobile app and tap the download icon .
