OVERVIEW
You can add non-feed members as Users to the Supra One platform, enabling them to take advantage of our access and scheduling functionalities. The user will have restricted access to the platform based on the choices you make during their profile setup.
MANUALLY CREATING A USER
- From the MLS staff dashboard, navigate to the Users tab.
- Select + Add User.
- Input the brokerage name or office ID (OID) that you wish to add the user to. Select the brokerage.
- Complete the New User form, considering the below options:

Notes Anything written in the Notes will only be visible to Administrators. |

eKey Type | |
eKey Sub-type This dropdown menu is only available if the eKey Type is set to Limited or Managed Access. |
|
eKey Billing If the eKey Type is set to Full or Managed Access, the eKey Billing is automatically set to Billable. |
|
Custom Permissions If the eKey Type is set to Limited, there are additional custom permissions available. |
