OVERVIEW
As an Agent, you can open a lockbox shackle through the mobile app.
Bluetooth® must be enabled on your phone for this function to work.
Through the mobile app
- From your dashboard, select Access on the bottom bar.
- Select the relevant lockbox.
- Select Release Shackle.
- Under Reason, select the dropdown menu, then select your reason for opening the shackle.
- Select Open.
- Push against the bottom of the lockbox to enable its Bluetooth® connectivity. Wait a few moments while your phone connects to the lockbox.
- When the status changes to Release Shackle, press down firmly on the shackle, then pull upwards. This will release the shackle.
