OVERVIEW
As a Showing Agent, you can open a listing's lockbox through the mobile app. The process for accessing a lockbox differs depending on whether you have a showing appointment or not.
Bluetooth® must be enabled on your phone for this function to work.
IN THIS ARTICLE
With an appointment
- From your dashboard, select Showings on the bottom bar.
- Navigate to the relevant showing.
- Select Open lockbox.
- [BTLE only] Push against the bottom of the lockbox to enable its Bluetooth® connectivity.
- On your phone, enter your PIN.
- If Bluetooth® is enabled and your PIN is correct, you will see a Communicating to lockbox screen. Wait a few moments while your phone connects to the lockbox.
- When the status changes to Ready to open, push against the bottom of the lockbox to access its storage compartment.
Without an appointment
- From your dashboard, select Access on the bottom bar.
- Select the relevant lockbox.
- To search for a lockbox using its serial number, select the magnifying glass icon.
- [BTLE only] When selecting the lockbox, you will have two choices: Open Lockbox or Release Shackle. Select the appropriate choice.
- [BTLE only] Push against the bottom of the lockbox to enable its Bluetooth® connectivity.
- On your phone, enter your PIN.
- If Bluetooth® is enabled and your PIN is correct, you will see a Communicating to lockbox screen. Wait a few moments while your phone connects to the lockbox.
- When the status changes to Ready to open, push against the bottom of the lockbox to access its storage compartment.
