OVERVIEW
As a Listing Agent, you can open a listing's lockbox through the mobile app.
Bluetooth® must be enabled on your phone for this function to work.
Through the mobile app
- Navigate to the listing you are trying to access.
- Select Manage Lockbox.
- [BTLE only] Push against the bottom of the lockbox to enable its Bluetooth® connectivity.
- On your phone, enter your PIN.
- If Bluetooth® is enabled and your PIN is correct, you will see a Communicating to lockbox screen. Wait a few moments while your phone connects to the lockbox.
- When the status changes to Ready to open, push against the bottom of the lockbox to access its storage compartment.
