OVERVIEW
Activating a lockbox is a one-time process. You must activate your lockbox to assign it to your organization, else it will not appear as a lockbox option.
Bluetooth® must be enabled on your phone to activate a new lockbox.
Through the mobile app
- From your dashboard, select Access on the bottom bar.
- On the Invoy lockbox, push against the bottom of the lockbox for 10 seconds to enable its Bluetooth® connectivity.
- Under the Nearby Invoy tab, you will see the unactivated lockbox. Select Set up.
- Wait for a red light to flash on the Invoy lockbox, then select Next.
- Wait 10-20 seconds for the calibration to complete. When completed, the Invoy lockbox will flash again and you will see a Set Up Complete screen.
- Select Start Tour if you'd like to learn more about Invoy lockboxes, or select Done to exit the set up process.
