Viewing an Agent's lockbox activity

OVERVIEW

You can view the actions an Agent has taken on a lockbox and generate a report of this activity.

Viewing an Agent's lockbox activity

1. Select Users from the sidebar.
2. Use the search box to locate a specific Agent.
3. Select the Agent's name to access their profile.
4. Under Lockboxes, select View Activity.
   
5. Print a report of this activity by selecting Download .csv.
