Assuming an Agent's profile

OVERVIEW

You can assume an Agent's profile through the Universal Search Bar or the Users page. Assuming an Agent's profile enables you to set up showings, assign lockboxes to listings, change a PIN, or perform any other action that the Agent would typically handle.

Actions done while assuming an Agent's profile will be logged as that Agent having performed it.

Through the Users page

1. Select Users from the sidebar.
2. Use the search box to locate the Agent you wish to assume.
3. Either hover over their name and select the ellipses (...), or select the Agent's name.
4. Select Assume.
   
5. A red bar will appear at the top of your screen, indicating you have assumed the Agent's profile.
6. To stop assuming an Agent's profile, select Exit within the red bar.

Through the global search box

1. Select the Universal Search Bar in the header of any page. 
2. Select Agents and search for the Agent you wish to assume.
3. Select Assume.
   
4. A red bar will appear at the top of your screen, indicating you have assumed the Agent's profile.
   
5. To stop assuming an Agent's profile, select Exit within the red bar.
