Agent Dashboard update:

Improved Discoverability: Clearer guidance and updated placeholder texts to help you navigate the dashboard and begin tasks like searching for listings and booking showings.

Enhanced Listing Search Experience:

Streamlined Search: A more intuitive cross-org search experience with improved accessibility and clear actions for booking showings, adding listings to tours, and more.
Intuitiveness: The action button for listings configured with "Auto-Confirm" All Showings will display the "Book Showing" wording.

Improved User Experience:

Persistent Filters: Filters applied in the MLS staff dashboard will now be retained across screens, reducing the need for frequent re-application.
Removed Non-Photo Files: Non-photo files will no longer be displayed in the listing photos section, ensuring a cleaner and more accurate presentation.
Accurate Listing Status: Withdrawn listings are now correctly categorized as inactive.

Market Specific Enhancements

NAR Settlement Compliance:
- Buyer Agreement Confirmation: A new checkbox ensures compliance with NAR settlement requirements by requiring agents to confirm they have a written buyer agreement before touring properties. The checkbox will state: "I affirm that the prospective buyer(s) associated with this showing event or tour has (or will have) a written buyer agreement with the showing broker prior to the showing event or tour.”
(MIBOR - Masterlock Bluetooth access timeframe): Bluetooth access timeframe has been updated. The lockboxes within MIBOR will now be accessible only for up to 15 minutes before and after the scheduled showing.

Bug Fixes

Updating Tasks Card in Agent Dashboard:

The backend logic for the "Tasks" search index has been adjusted to correctly remove rejected document tasks that are no longer valid.
