Feature Enhancements

• (Buyer Agent's Commission) Following the NAR's settlement, with new regulations on commission fields, BrokerBay has made the Buyer Agent's Commission field optional on both the Edit Listing page and the Create Listing page.

Market-specific Enhancements

• (Platform Verbiage) The login error message that users encounter while single-signing on from TREB will now advise them to Go back to the MLS.

Bug Fixes

• (Unverified Users) Changes have been made on the back end to make the system's hourly roster pulls more effective in automatic verification.
